An enterprise account lead and product manager need to choose a responsible package before a renewal review. The smallest observable outcome is a reviewed conditional decision with an owner, evidence, exclusions and review date. The main choice is a shared product improvement plus a temporary operating workaround, subject to capacity and discovery gates. A full custom build is rejected because it exceeds available capacity and displaces shared roadmap work. A workaround alone is feasible but does not address the observed manual preparation burden.

The app separates obligations, business needs, requested features and assumptions. A saved decision is a record of review, never a delivery promise or a claim of retained revenue. No real outreach, agreement, integration, login, live AI, analytics, legal interpretation or payments occur. All capacity and commercial numbers are invented. The recommendation is visibly provisional; no human research has been conducted.
