Validation
Local software evidence — October 4, 2026
Node 24.14.1, React/TypeScript/Vite, static production base /Outcome-Ledger/, port 4195. Locked dependency install completed successfully. The final implementation was checked with:
| Gate | Result |
|---|---|
| Dependency install | Passed; lockfile committed |
| ESLint | Passed |
| TypeScript | Passed |
| Production build | Passed; product documents copied into the built route |
| Dependency audit | Zero reported vulnerabilities |
| Unit suite | 10 passed |
| Production Playwright suite | 18 passed |
| Actual agent-browser Chrome check | Page loaded; no page/console errors or error overlay; contribution selection and shared-benefit navigation worked |
| Screenshot inspection | Desktop map and shared atoms, 320/390 narrow layouts, 1280×633 short viewport inspected |
Independent expected results are 40 + 30 − 10 = 60 hypothetical minutes/week and 200 − 140 = 60 descriptive minutes/week less. Tests verify that missing and incompatible baselines remove the recognized change, retain raw observation, and recover with compatible evidence. The equal forecast/observation values remain separate; no 120-minute total or causal corroboration is created.
Production browser coverage includes all three investment directions; preview cancel and Escape; focus scope and focus return; immutable snapshots across scenario changes; self-contained export; compatible refresh; append-only withdrawal; raw-value review and reset conflicts; invalid record preservation/reset recovery; getItem failure with a successful setItem stub; the localStorage property getter throwing SecurityError; unreadable-to-readable conflict rejection; save failure with explicit refresh/close loss notice; the 12-review boundary and reset recovery; narrow 320/390 and short 1280×633 layouts; security metadata, seven built document routes, and no external requests.
The first browser run found a dialog keyboard cycle problem and a direction-label locator mismatch. They were corrected, and the complete suite passed. Independent review found incompatible/missing details copy incorrectly describing both exposures as 20; scenario-specific explanations and focused browser assertions now cover that boundary. Screenshot inspection also prompted immediate focus return after dialog closure; confirmation and cancellation are checked.
Local screenshots are reproducible, ignored artifacts under evidence/: agent-browser-desktop.png, agent-browser-overlap.png, and viewport-320.png, viewport-390.png, viewport-1280.png. Automated preview processes and the owned manual preview/browser were stopped after verification. These files are software evidence, not research data.
Product evidence limitations
All records and measurements are fictional. The forecast durations and full-use assumptions are hypothetical. The observed comparison has no control group or causal adjustment. No human research was conducted, and automated checks do not establish Mo’s comprehension or a completed product discussion. Proposed evaluation covers output-versus-benefit distinction, baseline comprehension, overlap detection, and ownership clarity.
Publication
The first public release was independently verified on October 4, 2026 at source 3c7eea1c9ac461ce610008622063690214157d01: verification and Pages workflow succeeded, clean local/public main agreed, and all 10 deployed files matched the local build, release artifact and live bytes. Pages was enabled before the first push. All 18 browser journeys passed against the public URL. Separate reviewer replay verified incompatible-baseline blocking, recovery to compatible evidence, a reviewed decision, preserved evidence after selecting a missing baseline, and withdrawal. No browser errors were observed.
Later documentation updates retain the tested application behavior and receive their own publication checks. Public availability is software evidence; human understanding, research and business value remain unobserved.
