Software evidence — October 2, 2026 PDT
Node24 locked dependencies. Lint, strict types, runtime/environment/tracked-file guard and production build passed. 19 domain/schema tests passed: independent result IDs and fixture calculations; whole tokens; scope; directional synonyms; controls; journal replay; Undo and invalid inputs. Production Playwright suite: 21 flows passed after repairing persistence-read warnings explicit modal keyboard wrapping, close-drawer focus restoration, and preserving unseen saved bytes when reads fail. Audit reports zero vulnerabilities. Original/current fixture arithmetic is independently specified in Sample_Contract.md; labels were not changed.
Browser flows cover primary scoped tag correction, retained original evidence/history, cancel, compatible refresh, query mismatch, facet exclusion/reversible view recovery, policy review and undefined zero denominator, latest-edit Undo, invalid state/reset, corruption introduced after load and during preview, changed same-revision raw bytes, external valid changes before preview, selection context, storage getter/getItem/setItem failures, unreadable saved-byte preservation with working writes (including memory-only reset), Tab/Shift+Tab/Escape/focus, mobile320/390 overflow and production desktop1280×633 revealed controls. The desktop flow observes page/console errors and requests: none were errors or external app requests.
Actual desktop, mobile320 and tag-preview screenshots were inspected. Entry and controls render; drawer checkbox and confirm dialog are visible when revealed; mobile cards stack without document overflow. Agent-browser with installed Chrome also loaded meaningful content, no error overlay or reported browser error, then closed. Screenshots and browser traces are generated/ignored evidence, not product source. React review checked controlled form state, event-driven mutations, bounded effects, cleanup, stable IDs/keys, and semantic controls. No external data fetch or server route exists.
Proposed human evaluation — not performed
Recruit collection editors for four tasks: find the intended scene; explain why a returned asset matched; recover a facet exclusion; review a tag correction and describe its scope. Measure successful task completion as completed/attempted tasks, explanation accuracy against actual field rules, recovery success, and correction usefulness with reasons. Observe time descriptively; no performance claim is justified by this sample. Ask editors to critique the fixed relevance labels and terminology policy. Mo's personal product review/comprehension remains unobserved.
Release evidence — October 2, 2026
The primary reviewer independently replayed the A02 tag correction, canceled then confirmed the scoped preview, checked retained original evidence, compared the unchanged fixture labels, recovered facet exclusion, turned off the directional synonym and observed undefined 0/0 usefulness, reversed the policy only, and refreshed. Three corrected results remained. The 320px page had no horizontal overflow and no page or console errors were reported.
Initial release e173604f2c6de7701278863ee089d03e72d4731e passed GitHub verification and Pages deployment. Local HEAD matched public main, the worktree was clean, and all 16 deployed files matched the local production build and the GitHub deployment artifact byte for byte. The live page rendered its expected entry controls without reported page/console errors. All original SVG media loaded.
The public profile links the case study, PRD, walkthrough and live demo. The assistant delivery and publication work is complete for this bounded prototype. Final documentation revisions repeat the verification/publication pipeline; the private delivery ledger records final-head parity. These are point-in-time software observations, not uptime or commercial-outcome claims.
Mo's personal comprehension and endorsement of provisional choices, and actual human evaluation, remain unobserved. Software checks cannot establish those findings. This is the publication-status record referenced by the other product documents.
