GTM Strategy
This is a portfolio sample, not a launched product. Its hypothetical user is a product, delivery, or program lead who needs to inspect work and prepare a routine update without losing the record. Its hypothetical buyer could be an operations or product leader accountable for reliable coordination across a team. The user needs a clear task and safe recovery; the buyer would need governance, access, auditability, and confidence that the layer improves a real task system. No one has been interviewed for either role.
Test the user and buyer separately before selecting a path. Give five target users the NTH-104 update and recovery routine against their current method, then ask what made them stop, what they trusted, and whether they would repeat it. In a separate buyer conversation, show the resulting change preview and recovery record, then ask what governance, access, or audit requirement it would need to meet before a team could sponsor it. Guided opt-in demos are appropriate only as research sessions, not a launch or offer.
A proposed learning threshold is four of five consented target users completing the safety tasks without a critical action-boundary error. Pause work on packaging, integrations, or broader language support if any participant makes a critical action-boundary error, such as believing a proposal already changed a task. Repeated difficulty identifying the target, or preference for direct controls without a specific remediable gap, also calls the proposed investment into question. Retention would require repeated, voluntary use of briefing and update flows, but no retention study is planned or reported here. No waitlist, outreach, partner, marketplace approval, price, conversion, adoption, or revenue result exists.
Before any production investment, permissions, tenant isolation, audit history, integration reliability, privacy, support, and model evaluation need separate evidence-backed decisions. The prototype does not establish that a conversational interface is preferable to direct task controls.
